With a deep-rooted tradition of entrepreneurship, I bring over 20 years of experience in business coaching, counseling, and event leadership. As a 4th-generation business owner, I grew up immersed in business conversations and went on to project manage multi-million-dollar contracts in the corporate entertainment industry, including productions for Cirque du Soleil, the Wynn Resort, and Celine Dion’s Caesars Colosseum. After achieving success in this field, I transitioned to a more values-driven path, blending my holistic wisdom with my business expertise.

Today, I support individuals through transitions, from individuals leaving corporate jobs to start a consulting business, to those exploring ‘what’s next’ after retirement. I especially enjoy working with entrepreneurs in launching and growing their businesses profitably and sustainably while staying aligned with their core values. I have worked with hundreds of clients worldwide, emphasizing the importance of authenticity and the relationships that drive success.

In addition to my coaching work, I steward Crown Hill Farm in Western NY, where I raise heirloom vegetables, heritage poultry, and foster connection through workshops and events.
